Brand Ambassador – Promotional team member representing, advertising and promoting a specific brand.
Buzz Marketing – Word-of-mouth marketing based on a consumer’s specific brand experience.

A term used in the marketing and advertising industry to describe activities that companies undertake to generate personal recommendations or referrals for a brand name, product, and/or service.
